Nootionconceptweb has been established by freelance designer Justin Dubois in 2008 (Previously known as the Tallfrog project) and currently works along side artists, photographers, videographers and other designers as well. The company has had opportunity to work with some interesting and diverse clients over the years ranging from tuner garages such as VW-Autowerk, education services with St Pat's Alumni and OWCTC to full community websites like Aftershred. This range of projects ensures a multi-skilled approach to any type of project.
